The rest of the list consists mainly of tools related to his occupations as a farmer, carpenter and shoemaker. Inventory taken after his death at his estate in Fluvanna County
Biographical or historical data
William Stone was born in 1710 in New Kent and his will was probated September 5, 1777 in Albemarle (now Fluvanna) County. His son was Caleb Stone, George Washington's carpenter at Mount Vernon who oversaw its renovation.
